Business Development & Marketing Manager
- Lead and take responsibility for revenue generation for IA Labs
- Generate new business for IA Labs by calling leads, generating leads and visiting clients
- Organise and attend events to generate new clients and promote IA Labs services
- Be responsible for the full business development, sales, and marketing cycle from customer acquisition right though to retention
- Experience selling to and/or influencing C-level executives
- Understand the role BDs play in the lead generation context
- Highly data driven, analytical and structured
- Continuous improvement mindset, particularly when it comes to rapidly evolving processes and structures
- Evidence of over achievement, with strong drive and enthusiasm
- Appetite to move forward quickly in an organization that is scaling fast
- Identify and create new referral partners to generate new clients.
- Be accountable for own customer base and follow up on all queries and commitments.
- Ensure database is updated following each meeting or business transactions with clients.
- To ensure all own work is completed in a timely and effective manner

Experience & Required Skills
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in Business Development Role
- Proven track record of revenue directions
- Proven experience growing or scaling a company’s customer base
- Experience in a SaaS company a distinct advantage
- Experience working withing a start-up environment an advantage
Education & Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline
